η σχολή γεωτεχνικών επιστημών του αριστοτέλειου πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης καταργήθηκε με το Προεδρικό Διάταγμα 3 και το τμήμα γεωπονίας που υπαγόταν σε αυτήν επανήλθε στο καθεστώς του άρθρου 2. Ως ημερομηνία μετονομασίας του τμήματος γεωπονίας σε γεωπονική σχολή ορίστηκε η 11η Ιουλίου 2005 (συνέλευση Συγκλήτου 5 και συνέλευση Πρυτανικού Συμβουλίου του Α.Π.Θ. )

the faculty of geotechnical sciences of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki was abolished by Presidential Decree 3 and agronomy department who belonged to it reverted to the status of Article 2. The date for renaming the agronomy department at Faculty of Agriculture was set July 11, 2005 (Senate and Assembly 5 Assembly Rector Council AUTH)

The School of Geotechnical Sciences of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki was repealed by presidential Decree No 3 and the Department of Agriculture, which was subject to it, returned to the regime referred to in article 2. As the date of denomination of the Department of Agriculture in the Agricultural School was set the 11th of July 2005 (Senate Assembly 5 and Assembly Rectors Council of Auth)
