Η εκτέλεση μιας τόσο σύνθετης εργασίας κατασκευής πασσάλων Φ80 ανά 1,20μ εφαπτομένων στα κελύφη των σηράγγων ΤΒΜ, που επίσης αποτυπώνεται στο δεύτερο σχέδιο του ΨΔ (Φάση Δ-δραστηριότητα διάρκειας 40 ημερών), σε περιορισμένο ύψος και χώρο με τη χρήση εξειδικευμένου διατρητικού μηχανήματος, πολύ μικρής διαθεσιμότητας στον ελλαδικό χώρο, κρίνεται ότι έχει αποτυπωθεί υπεραισιόδοξα. Ο περιορισμός ύψους επιβάλλει διαδικασία σταδιακής προσθήκης τμημάτων στο εν λόγω μηχάνημα τόσο για τη διάτρηση/εκσκαφή όσο και για την τοποθέτηση οπλισμού.
