Πρώτο κριτήριο αξιολόγησης αποτελεί η μέγιστη ετήσιας ενεργειακή απόδοση των σεναρίων. Όπως φαίνεται και από το γράφημα το οποίο παρουσιάζεται, με βάση αυτό το κριτήριο και μόνο, επικρατέστερο είναι το σενάριο 4 με τιμή ετήσιας απόδοσης 2404,60 MWh. Ως αποδεκτές λύσεις θα θεωρηθούν επίσης και μία ομάδα σεναρίων των οποίων τα αποτελέσματα δεν έχουν μεγάλη απόκλιση απόδοσης από την μέγιστη, αλλά και μεταξύ τους. Ικανοποιητικά και αποδεκτά ως λύσεις μπορούν να θεωρηθούν και τα σενάρια που παρουσιάζουν ετήσια απόδοση μεγαλύτερη του ορίου των 2000 MWh, καθώς κοντά σε αυτό το όριο συγκεντρώνεται σημαντικός αριθμός με μικρές διαφοροποιήσεις μεταξύ τους. Τα επιλεγμένα σενάρια με βάση αυτό το κριτήριο εμφανίζονται στον παρακάτω πίνακα.

As acceptable solutions will also be considered and a set of scenarios whose results have great value deviation from the maximum, but also between them. As satisfactory and acceptable solutions can be considered and scenarios present annual output exceeding the limit of 2000 MWh, as close to this limit concentrated considerable number of small differences between them. The selected scenarios based on this criterion is shown in the table below.
