Κυρίες και κύριοι,
όπως έχω δει στην ιστοσελίδας σας έχετε πάρει βραβείο για την καλή εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών σας. Δυστυχώς στη δική μου περίπτωση δεν ισχύει αυτό. Απο της 10/5/2015 παραγγελία μου με κωδικό 8231643 δεν ήρθε με δική σας υπαιτιότητα. Σας έστειλα ε-μαιλ στις 3/6/2015 με συμπληρωμένη τη φόρμα γιανα μου ξαναστείλετε το προιόν. Δεν έλαβα καμία απάντηση. Πριν 10 μέρες σαε έστειλα τη φόρμα συμπληρωμένη με το ταχυδρομείο. Ούτε τώρα έλαβα κάποια απάντηση. Μήπως το καλός σέρβις απευθύνετε μόνο σε πελάτες που προέρχονται απο τον αγγλοσαξωνικό χώρο και αυτούς απο το νότο τους θεωρείτε πελάτες δευτερης κατηγορίας. Περιμένω απαντησή σας. Ευχαριστώ.

Ladies and gentlemen, as I have seen on your website you get Award for good customer service. Unfortunately in my case this is not the case. From the 10/5/2015 my order with code 8231643 did not come with your own fault. I sent e-emails at 3/6/2015 with completed form to resend me the product. I have not received any response. Before 10 days SAE sent the completed form by mail. Neither received any response. Does good service address only to customers coming from the Anglo-Saxon space and those from the South consider their customers deyteris class. I expect your reply. Thanks.

I sent e-Miles on 06/03/2015 with my completed form Yan resend the product. I did not receive any response. SAE 10 days ago I sent the completed form by mail. Neither now I received a response. Does good service only address customers coming from the Anglo-Saxon area and those from the south as second class customers. I await your response. Thanks.

I have received no reply.10 days ago ais I emailed the form completed with the mail. Now I have received an answer.Whether the good service you write only to customers that come from the imperial space and those from the south you think their customers δευτερης category.
