η εταιρεία μπορεί να ιδρύει ξενοδοχεία , πρακτορεία , γραφεία ή και να διορίζει απλά αντιπροσώπους σε οποιαδήποτε άλλα μέρη του Εσωτερικού με απόφαση του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου ορίζοντας τα καθήκοντα , τις αρμοδιότητες και την έκταση της δικαιοδοσίας τους
