Στο μέτρο που η πραγματοποίηση των Προσαρμογών απαιτεί την έκδοση οικοδομικής άδειας ή την αναθεώρηση υφισταμένων αδειών, η Μισθώτρια θα φέρει τη μέριμνα, την ευθύνη και τη δαπάνη έκδοσης των αδειών αυτών, καθώς και της εκπόνησης των σχετικών μελετών, η δε Εκμισθώτρια συμφωνεί και αναλαμβάνει (με την ιδιότητα της κυρίας του Μισθίου) να χορηγήσει κάθε τυπικώς απαιτούμενη συναίνεση ή έγκριση, χωρίς να φέρει καμία ευθύνη έναντι οποιουδήποτε τρίτου ή αρχής για τυχόν παραβίαση των όρων των αδειών και των ισχυουσών διατάξεων από τη Μισθώτρια και τους προστηθέντες της ή τυχόν αναστολή των αδειών αυτών.
