Ήμουν στο γιατρό,όλα πήγαν καλά και ευχαριστώ τον Θεό. Εγώ όμως πονάω, τόσο πολύ,νιώθω εξαντλημένη,οι πόνοι στους μυς είναι ανυπόφοροι,πρέπει να κοιμάμαι μόνο ανάσκελα (για 1 μήνα) και πρέπει να συνεχίσω τις απαίσιες αντιβιώσεις με όλες τις παρενέργειες τους. Ξέρω,γίνομαι κουραστική,αλλά σε εσένα μπορώ να εκφράσω τον πόνο μου.Οι υγιείς σχέσεις βασίζονται στην εμπιστοσύνη, στον αμοιβαίο σεβασμό και στην ασφάλεια. Κάθε άτομο πρέπει να νιώθει ότι αγαπιέται χωρίς όρους, ότι είναι αποδεκτό για αυτό που είναι, και ότι είναι ασφαλές να εκθέσει τα τρωτά του σημεία και τις αδυναμίες του.
