Ο CONTRACTOR οφείλει να ενημερώσει την ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ αμέσως και με κάθε πρόσφορο μέσο, έστω και προφορικά, μόλις λάβει γνώση ή έστω υποψιαστεί ότι μη εξουσιοδοτημένο πρόσωπο έλαβε γνώση εμπιστευτικών Πληροφοριών αυτής ή αποπειράται να λάβει γνώση αυτών με κάθε μέσο ή τρόπο
