Σε περίπτωση που λόγω της επέλευσης

Σε περίπτωση που λόγω της επέλευσης γεγονότος ανωτέρας βίας οποιοδήποτε από τα εδώ συμβαλλόμενα μέρη δεν είναι σε θέση να εκπληρώσει τις υποχρεώσεις του από την παρούσα θα αναστέλλονται οι εν λόγω υποχρεώσεις για το διάστημα της αντίστοιχης αδυναμίας του μέρους προς εκπλήρωση.
