Συμφωνείται ειδικώς ρητά ότι ο CONTRACTOR θα υποχρεούται σε αποζημίωση προς την ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ, ύψους τριακοσίων χιλιάδων (300.000,00) ευρώ, για κάθε παραβίαση των όρων της παρούσας παραγράφου, πλέον -και με τη ρητή επιφύλαξη εκ μέρους της ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑΣ- τυχόν αποζημίωσης που θα οφείλει ο CONTRACTOR προς την ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ, εξαιτίας της όποιας ζημιογόνου συμπεριφοράς του κατά τις εφαρμοστέες κατά περίπτωση διατάξεις του ημεδαπού Δικαίου και του Δικαίου της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και ανεξάρτητα από τυχόν ποινικά κολάσιμες ενέργειες αυτού κατά τα παραπάνω Δίκαια

Agreed specifically expressly that CONTRACTOR will be obliged to compensate the COMPANY, amounting to triakosiwn thousand (300,000.00) euros, for any violation of the terms of this paragraph, plus-and with the explicit reservation on behalf of the company-any compensation which the CONTRACTOR owes to the COMPANY, because of any injurious conduct in respect of the applicable provisions of national law and European Union law, and irrespective of any punishable action According to the above laws

It is expressly agreed that CONTRACTOR shall be liable to compensation to the EAFRD of three hundred thousand (300.000,00) euro for any breach of the terms of this paragraph, now and with: the explicit reservation on the part of the EITHER of any compensation to be due by the CONTRACTOR to the EITHER; on account of any harmful conduct of the applicant under the applicable provisions of national and European Union law and irrespective of any criminal offences; Collateral actions of this kind
