Είναι ευρέως αποδεκτό ότι τα πρότυπα διοίκησης ποιότητας QMS και τα βραβεία
δημιουργούν ενδιαφέρον για την έννοια Διοίκηση Ολικής Ποιότητας και αποτελούν
μια αφετηρία για αυτή. Ο μηχανισμός αξιολόγησης όπως τονίζεται σε καθένα από τα
πρότυπα και τα βραβεία είναι ένας ισχυρός καταλύτης για μελλοντικές βελτιώσεις
(Lee et al., 2011).
Λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τα κριτήρια αξιολόγησης που δίνονται από αυτά τα πρότυπα
και τα βραβεία, ένα πρότυπο αξιολόγησης (RSM) για την πολιτική ποιότητας «6
Σίγμα» απεικονίζεται ως εξής (Lee et al., 2011):
Στάδιο 1 : επιβεβαίωση λόγων αξιολόγησης
Εφαρμογή της διαδικασίας αξιολόγησης και υποστήριξη από την ανώτατη διοίκηση
για τις ανάγκες της πολιτικής ποιότητας «6 Σίγμα». Ο σκοπός αυτού του σταδίου
είναι να ληφθεί η υποχρέωση από την ανώτατη διοίκηση της επιχείρησης να διευθύνει
την αξιολόγηση.
Στάδιο 2 : καθιέρωση της ομάδας αξιολόγησης
Μια εσωτερική ομάδα αξιολόγησης της επιχείρησης θα συσταθεί για να διευθύνει την
αξιολόγηση. Τα μέλη της ομάδας θα προέρχονται από το προσωπικό από διάφορες
λειτουργικές περιοχές και το προσωπικό δεν θα πρέπει να έχει άμεση ευθύνη για την
περιοχή που αξιολογείται προκειμένου να αποφευχθεί μια πιθανή σύγκρουση.
Στάδιο 3 : συλλογή και προετοιμασία σχετικών πληροφοριών και δεδομένων
Η ομάδα αξιολόγησης πρέπει να συλλέξει ικανοποιητικές πληροφορίες και δεδομένα
για την περιοχή προκειμένου να ελέγξει, πριν διευθύνει, την αξιολόγηση. Η ομάδα
πρέπει να ενημερωθεί για το σκοπό της αξιολόγησης και να προετοιμαστεί καλά για
τις λεπτομέρειές της, πριν την ανάθεσή της.
Στάδιο 4 : εκτέλεση της αξιολόγησης
Η αξιολόγηση θα πραγματοποιηθεί με την υιοθέτηση του ερωτηματολογίου RSM
(Readiness Self-assessmant Model). Όλα τα σχετικά δεδομένα και αρχεία πρέπει να
αναθεωρηθούν και να εξεταστούν επαρκώς ενάντια στα κριτήρια αξιολόγησης
προκειμένου να καθοριστεί η παρούσα κατάσταση της περιοχής που αξιολογείται. Η
ομάδα αξιολόγησης πρέπει να επικεντρωθεί σε προκαθορισμένα εργαλεία
αξιολόγησης και πίνακες ελέγχου προκειμένου να λάβει όσο το δυνατόν

περισσότερες αντικειμενικές πληροφορίες. Τα συμπεράσματα της αξιολόγησης
πρέπει να παρουσιαστούν στο ερωτηματολόγιο ερευνών.
Στάδιο 5: υποβολή έκθεσης του αποτελέσματος αξιολόγησης
Όλα τα αρχεία, οι παρατηρήσεις και τα αποτελέσματα πρέπει να παρουσιάζονται
αντικειμενικά. Τα αποτελέσματα αξιολόγησης αποτελούν τη βάση για την ετοιμότητα
της επιχείρησης προκειμένου να προχωρήσει στο πρόγραμμα «6 Σίγμα» στο οποίο η
επιχείρηση πρέπει να ενισχυθεί για να εξασφαλίσει την ομαλή εφαρμογή του.
Η ανάπτυξη ενός κατάλληλου ερωτηματολογίου αξιολόγησης για τη χρήση του
τέταρτου βήματος “εκτέλεση αξιολόγησης” είναι κρίσιμος παράγοντας για την
επιτυχία του RSM. Βοηθά να αναλυθεί και να αξιολογηθεί η δύναμη, η αδυναμία,
καθώς επίσης και η καταλληλότητα και η ετοιμότητα της επιχείρησης προκειμένου να
προχωρήσει σε ένα πρόγραμμα «6 Σίγμα». Το πιο σημαντικό είναι ότι βοηθά στο να
προσδιοριστεί η ανάγκη βελτίωσης μέσα στο λειτουργικό σύστημα της επιχείρησης

reviewed and considered sufficiently against the evaluation criteria
to determine the current state of the region being evaluated. The
evaluation team should focus on pre-defined tools
evaluation and control panels in order to obtain the maximum

should be presented to the survey questionnaire.
Step 5: reporting of assessment results
All files, the comments and the results should be presented
objectively. The evaluation results are the basis for the readiness
of business to go in the "6 Sigma" in which the
enterprise must be strengthened to ensure its smooth implementation.
The development of an appropriate assessment questionnaire using the
fourth step "performance evaluation "it is crucial to the
success of RSM. It helps to analyze and assess the strength, weakness,
as well as the appropriateness and readiness of business to
go into a program of "six sigma". The most important is that it helps to
