Α) οι διορθωτικές ενέργειες για την αποκατάσταση των ελλείψεων ή/και των δυσλειτουργιών που διαπιστώθηκαν κατά την επιθεώρηση,
Β) το χρονοδιάγραμμα υλοποίησής τους
Γ) τα στοιχεία του αρμόδιου ατόμου από πλευράς Εγκεκριμένου Μεταφορικού Γραφείου ο οποίος θα επιληφθεί των απαιτούμενων διορθωτικών ενεργειών.
