Η Μισθώτρια βαρύνεται επιπλέον με κάθε άλλη δαπάνη, φόρο, τέλος που κατά νόμο ή κατά τη συνήθεια στις συναλλαγές βαρύνει τους μισθωτές (ενδεικτικά ΤΑΠ, τέλη καθαριότητας, φωτισμού, τέλος αποχέτευσης).
