1) η ίδρυση, αγορά , μίσθωση και γενικά η εκμετάλλευση δικών της και αλλότριων ξενοδοχειακών και τουριστικών επιχειρήσεων, ξενώνων, θερινών διαμονών, Τουριστικών Περιπτέρων, εγκαταστάσεων και κέντρων ως και η ίδρυση και εκμετάλλευση Γραφείων ταξιδίων προσέλευσης και εξυπηρέτησης τουριστών στην αλλοδαπή ή στην ημεδαπή ως και η αγορά και πώληση ακινήτων για τους ως άνω σκοπούς
