Όπως έχει επανειλημμένα σχολιαστεί από την ΑΜ, για λόγους ασφαλούς πρόσβασης του τεχνικού προσωπικού σε καταστάσεις εργασιών συντήρησης και επισκευής του εξοπλισμού εξωκείμενων Πινάκων DC (SDD’s, Q89Sx, DLI, RSx, PAxx, κλπ.) του Αμαξοστασίου «Πυλαίας», ο Ανάδοχος θα πρέπει να μελετήσει και να εφαρμόσει κατάλληλο σύστημα μηχανικής μανδάλωσης με κλειδιά μεταξύ των διακοπτών ισχύος ‘’HSCB/Q54Dx’’ του Πίνακα 750V DC (τεχνικός χώρος 8.1.1) και όλων των κατάντη διακοπτών αποζευκτών, που προβλέπονται να εγκατασταθούν στις τροχιές πρόσβασης και δοκιμών, των κτηρίων πλυντηρίου, εναπόθεσης, εργασιών συντήρησης και επισκευής συρμών του Αμαξοστασίου «Πυλαίας», προς αποφυγή επιστροφής τάσης από λανθασμένο χειρισμό και θανάσιμο τραυματισμό του τεχνικού προσωπικού συντήρησης του χρήστη (operator) του συστήματος του Μετρό.
