Δεδομένου ότι σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 28.2 της συγγραφής υποχρεώσεων της μεταξύ μας σύμβασης, με την οποία έχετε αναλάβει την κατασκευή του έργου του θέματος, ο ανάδοχος είναι, μεταξύ άλλων, αποκλειστικά υπεύθυνος για οποιαδήποτε ζημιά-απώλεια προκαλείται σε ιδιοκτησία τρίτων, λόγω των έργων, καλείστε να ελέγξετε τους ανωτέρω ισχυρισμούς, παρουσία εκπροσώπου των ενοίκων και της επίβλεψης της ΑΜ και στο βαθμό που ισχύουν τα αναφερόμενα, να προβείτε στην άμεση αποκατάσταση, ενημερώνοντας μας σε κάθε περίπτωση.
