Κατόπιν των ανωτέρω δηλώνουμε ρητά ότι ο Ανάδοχος, ο οποίος έχει ανταποκριθεί πλήρως στις συμβατικές του υποχρεώσεις, είναι σε θέση να προβεί σε ηλεκτροδότηση του Αμαξοστασίου, η οποία παραμένει εκκρεμής μέχρι και σήμερα συνεπεία αποκλειστικά υπαιτιότητας της ΑΜ.
