ΠΑΡΑΜΟΝΗΣ ΜΕΤΑΦΟΡΙΚΟΥ – ΚΑΤΑΣΚΗΝΩΤΙΚΟΥ ΜΕΣΟΥ
ΜΕΤΑ ΤΗΝ ΛΗΞΗ ΤΗΣ ΤΟΥΡΙΣΤΙΚΗΣ ΠΕΡΙΟΔΟΥ

Στη Θεσσαλονίκη σήμερα……/……/2014 μεταξύ αφενός της εταιρείας «ΘΑΛΑΤΤΑ ΚΑΜΠ Ανώνυμη Τουριστική ,Αγροτική ,Πολιτιστική εταιρεία» με έδρα τη Θεσσαλονίκη, 3,3 χλμ Ε.Ο. Θεσσαλονίκης-Κατερίνης με Α.Φ.Μ. 999124771, Δ.Ο.Υ. ΦΑΕ Θεσσαλονίκης που στο εξής θα ονομάζεται α’ συμβαλλόμενος
και αφετέρου του………………………….κατοίκου ………………………… με Α.Φ.Μ. ……………….., Δ.Ο.Υ………………….που θα ονομάζεται β’ συμβαλλόμενος συμφωνήθηκαν τα εξής:
Ο α’ συμβαλλόμενος έχει στην εκμετάλλευσή του κάμπινγκ στην Χαλκιδική στον Δήμο Σιθωνίας στην περιοχή Καλαμίτσι με την επωνυμία «ΘΑΛΑΤΤΑ ΚΑΜΠ Α.Ε ».

Μετά την λήξη λειτουργίας του Κάμπινγκ ,οι κατασκηνωτές μπορούν κατόπιν συνεννόησης με την Διεύθυνση ,να αφήσουν σταθμευμένο το κατασκηνωτικό ή μεταφορικό μέσον τους σε χώρο που θα τους υποδειχθεί και με το τιμολόγιο που ισχύει για την περίπτωση αυτή για το συγκεκριμένο Κάμπινγκ
Δεν επιτρέπεται η διαμονή των κατασκηνωτών εντός του κατασκηνωτικού ή μεταφορικού μέσου που θα παραμείνει εντός του Κάμπινγκ την εν λόγω περίοδο και η χρήση των παροχών (ηλεκτρικό ρεύμα ,νερό )
Ο α’ συμβαλλόμενος δεν φέρει καμία απολύτως ευθύνη για τυχόν καθ’ οιονδήποτε τρόπο προκληθείσες ,κατά την διάρκεια και μετά τη λήξη λειτουργίας του Κάμπινγκ φθορές κατασκηνωτικών ή μεταφορικών μέσων ή κλοπές ,την ευθύνη των οποίων αναλαμβάνουν πλήρως οι κατασκηνωτές που σταθμεύουν το κατασκηνωτικό τους μέσο εντός του χώρου του Κάμπινγκ κατά το διάστημα αυτό.
Σε περίπτωση επιθυμίας του κατασκηνωτή να επισκεφθεί το κατασκηνωτικό ή μεταφορικό μέσον που έχει σταθμεύσει εντός του χώρου του Κάμπινγκ ,οφείλει προηγουμένως να ειδοποιήσει σχετικά την Διεύθυνση. Σε καμία απολύτως περίπτωση δε δικαιούται να διανυκτερεύσει εντός του κατασκηνωτικού ή μεταφορικού μέσου του κατά την διάρκεια της επίσκεψης του σε αυτό.

Για την παροχή υπηρεσιών που προσφέρει ο α’ συμβαλλόμενος συμφωνείται το ποσό των …150,00……ευρώ……εκατόν πενήντα ……………στο οποίο συμπεριλαμβάνεται Φ.Π.Α .

Όλοι οι όροι του παρόντος συμφωνητικού είναι ουσιώδεις και η παραβίαση ενός αποτελεί λόγο άμεσης καταγγελίας του παρόντος.
Το παρόν συμφωνητικό είναι βασισμένο στις αρχές της καλής πίστης και της αμοιβαίας εμπιστοσύνης και συμφέροντος, απόλυτης αποδεικτικής ισχύος απέναντι σε κάθε άλλο έγγραφο και δύναται να τροποποιηθεί μόνο εγγράφως και με την απαραίτητη αναφορά ότι αποτελεί τροποποίηση ή συνέχεια του παρόντος. Το παρόν συντάσσεται σε 3 αντίγραφα, υπογράφεται νόμιμα και από τους δύο συμβαλλόμενους οι οποίοι λαμβάνουν ένα όμοιο. Το τρίτο αντίγραφο υπόκειται στη μέριμνα του α των συμβαλλομένων για να το καταθέσει στην Δ.Ο.Υ που είναι αρμόδια για την φορολογία του.
Για κάθε διαφορά που τυχόν θα προκύψει αρμόδια είναι τα δικαστήρια της Θεσσαλονίκης.
