Η Εκμισθώτρια αναγνωρίζει ότι η ίδια ή οιοσδήποτε εκπρόσωπος ή εργαζόμενός της κατά την εκπλήρωση των υποχρεώσεων ή την άσκηση των δικαιωμάτων της στο πλαίσιο της παρούσας μίσθωσης, ενδέχεται να λάβει γνώση πληροφοριών που αφορούν στην Μισθώτρια ή είναι εμπιστευτικού χαρακτήρα για αυτήν, ή τις συνδεδεμένες προς αυτήν εταιρείες ή τους πελάτες της ή τρίτους, προς τους οποίους η Μισθώτρια έχει αναλάβει υποχρέωση εμπιστευτικότητας. Όλες οι μη δημοσίου χαρακτήρα πληροφορίες σε οιαδήποτε μορφή αυτές αποκτηθούν από την Εκμισθώτρια κατά την εκπλήρωση των υποχρεώσεων ή την άσκηση των δικαιωμάτων της στο πλαίσιο της παρούσας μίσθωσης, θεωρούνται εμπιστευτικές. Η Εκμισθώτρια δεσμεύεται ότι (i) η ίδια ή οιοσδήποτε εκπρόσωπος ή εργαζόμενός της θα τηρούν τον εμπιστευτικό χαρακτήρα αυτών και δεν θα αντιγράφουν, αναπαράγουν, πωλούν, εκχωρούν, αδειοδοτούν, εμπορεύονται, μεταφέρουν ή καθ’ οιονδήποτε άλλο τρόπο διαθέτουν ή αποκαλύπτουν τις πληροφορίες αυτές σε τρίτους ή θα κάνουν χρήση αυτών για οιονδήποτε άλλο σκοπό, πλην της εκπλήρωσης των με την παρούσα μίσθωση αναληφθεισών υποχρεώσεων και ότι (ii) θα ενημερώσει τους εργαζομένους της, οι οποίοι τυχόν θα λάβουν γνώση των εμπιστευτικών πληροφοριών, για την υποχρέωση τήρησης του εμπιστευτικού χαρακτήρα τους. Η παρούσα διάταξη παραμένει σε ισχύ και μετά την λήξη της παρούσας μίσθωσης.

The Lessor undertakes that (i) the same or any representative or ergazomenos will keep the confidentiality of these and you will not copy, reproduce, sell, assign, license, sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of or disclose this information to third parties or you make use of them for any other purpose, other than the fulfillment of this lease commitments and that (ii) will inform employees of who may become aware of confidential information, for the obligation of confidentiality. This provision remains in force even after the termination of this lease.
