Scope of work

Dean Heart Room –All Ceiling Surfaces Areas above Wall Cornice

All major and minor plaster repairs will be done including replacement of plaster wall surfaces where needed.

All line cracks will be cut open, cleaned, scraped and coated with 1st coat of plaster material, a fiber
mesh tape will be apply over first coat of plaster and finished with a second coat of plaster to a smooth and solid condition.

All plaster repairs will be coated with one coat of primer-sealer material and finished with two (2) coats of paint.

Painting will include the wall cornice and all window frames and sills above the wall cornice.


Notes

All other areas and items not mentioned in the Scope of Work are omitted and not included in this proposal but will be protected.

All scaffolding and other equipment necessary for the completion of this project will be provided
By Religious Arts Corp.

All material to e used will be of the highest quality an durability.

The above work will be completed in a most thorough, artistic and craftsman like manner.

During our work we will be demonstrate extreme respect and reverence for the church.

Whenever the Church is being used for special services we will stop to accommodate.

We will organize and carry out the work in a manner to cause the least inconvenience.

The above work will be completed for the sum of seven thousand dollars ($7,000.00).

Thirty three percent (33%) deposit required upon signing this agreement , subsequent payment will be made as work progresses and final payment will be drawn as soon as work as stated is completed.
