13. Σε συνέχεια της από 21.12.2009

13. Σε συνέχεια της από 21.12.2009 δικαστικής αγωγής της κατά των “MICHAEL HUBER MUNCHEN GmbH” και “MHM HOLDING GmbH” με αντικείμενο, μεταξύ άλλων, αποζημίωση πελατείας λόγω της λήξης της από 28.6.1999 σύμβασης αποκλειστικής διανομής και της συναφούς εφέσεως, εκδόθηκε η υπ’ αριθμ. 318/2016 απόφαση του Εφετείου Αθηνών σύμφωνα με την οποία αναγνωρίστηκε η υποχρέωση καταβολής από την “MICHAEL HUBER MUNCHEN GmbH” προς την μητρική εταιρία του Ομίλου του ποσού των €3,15 εκ. ως αποζημίωση πελατείας. Η προθεσμία προσβολής της παραπάνω απόφασης με ένδικα μέσα και βοηθήματα δεν έχει εκπνεύσει, ενώ παράλληλα η σχετική απαίτηση της Εταιρίας έχει εκχωρηθεί προς τις δανείστριες τράπεζες. Δεν υπάρχουν άλλες επίδικες ή υπό διαιτησία διαφορές καθώς και αποφάσεις δικαστικών ή διαιτητικών οργάνων που ενδέχεται να έχουν σημαντική επίπτωση στην οικονομική κατάσταση της Εταιρίας και του Ομίλου.
