Σε περίπτωση ανάκλησης από την ΥΠΑ της άδειας εγκεκριμένου μεταφορικού γραφείου, η ανάκληση καταχωρείται από την ΥΠΑ στην «βάση δεδομένων της Ένωσης σχετικά με την ασφάλεια της εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας»
Κατά την αποδοχή αποστολών που έχουν υποβληθεί ήδη σε ελέγχους ασφαλείας, το εγκεκριμένο μεταφορικό γραφείο επιβεβαιώνει την ταυτότητα και τη διεύθυνση του μεταφορικού γραφείου και του αποστολέα.
