Οι Προσαρμογές θα γίνουν με επιμέλε

Οι Προσαρμογές θα γίνουν με επιμέλεια, ευθύνη και δαπάνες της Μισθώτριας και από συνεργεία της επιλογής της. Όλα τα υλικά που θα χρησιμοποιηθούν για τις Προσαρμογές στο Μίσθιο (πχ. επενδύσεις, διαχωριστικά, ψευδοροφές) θα είναι ποιότητας τουλάχιστον αντίστοιχης με την μέση ποιότητα των υλικών που είθισται να χρησιμοποιούνται σε τέτοιας φύσεως εργασίες. Η Μισθώτρια υποχρεούται να διασφαλίσει ότι οι Προσαρμογές θα εκτελεστούν με τεχνικώς ενδεδειγμένο και επιμελή τρόπο, προκειμένου να ανταποκρίνονται στην ποιοτική στάθμη του Κτιρίου. Η Μισθώτρια αναλαμβάνει επίσης την υποχρέωση να αποδώσει στην Εκμισθώτρια σε καλή κατάσταση και χωρίς καμία επιβάρυνση της Εκμισθώτριας όσα υλικά αποξηλώσει από το Μίσθιο κατά την εκτέλεση των Προσαρμογών.

The adjustments will be made with diligence, responsibility and costs of Misthwtrias and from workshops of their choice. All materials to be used for the Adjustments in Rental (e.g. investment, dividers, partitions) will be at least equivalent to the average quality of materials usually used in such work. The Misthwtria is obliged to ensure that adjustments will be performed by technically appropriate and careful manner, in order to meet the quality level of the building. The Misthwtria also undertakes to pay to the Lessor in good condition and without any charge of Lessor you dismantle materials from the rental when performing customizations.

The lessee is obliged to ensure that adjustments be performed in a technically appropriate and diligent manner in order to meet the quality level of the building. The lessee also undertakes to pay to the lessor in good condition and free of charge the lessor what materials dismantle of the leased property in the performance of adapter.

All materials used for the adjustments to premises (e.g. investment, spacers,Suspended ceilings) will be of a quality at least equivalent to the average quality of materials which tend to be used in such operations.The lessee is required to ensure that the adjustments will be carried out by technically appropriate and diligent manner, in order to meet the quality level of the building.The lessee undertakes to reimburse Εκμισθώτρια in good condition and without any charge of Εκμισθώτριας what αποξηλώσει materials from the premises during the execution of adjustments.
