Από την εφαρμογή των κριτηρίων σε όλα τα σενάρια σχεδιασμού προέκυψε ότι εκείνα που συνδύαζαν υψηλότερες τιμές του κριτηρίου Eff, συνδυαστικά με μικρότερες τιμές του δείκτη LOBREC με υψηλές τιμές ετήσιας ενεργειακής απόδοσης είναι τα σενάρια που επιλέχθηκαν στο πρώτο στάδιο της διαδικασίας. Ωστόσο, τα σενάρια 4,13,22,23 είναι αυτά των οποίων η συμπεριφορά κρίθηκε καλύτερη και τα οποία διαμορφώνουν τα τελικά αποδεκτά σενάρια, όπως φαίνεται και στον ακόλουθο πίνακα.
