α) Η υποβολή μέρους των εργασιών ελέγχου και δοκιμών (κοινή και για τα δύο είδη των μετασχηματιστών, όπως προτείνει ο κατασκευαστής ‘’MF Transformatori’’ και αναφέρονται μονάχα στον εξοπλισμό των πηνίων), χωρίς κανένα συντονισμό με τη Μελέτη Εφαρμογής του Έργου (π.χ. λειτουργία ηλεκτρονόμων προστασίας ανύψωσης της θερμοκρασίας και της διαρροής ως προς γη, επικοινωνία και μεταφορά σημάτων προς τον εξοπλισμό Πινάκων Μ.Τ. 20KV, έλεγχο διατάξεων συστήματος μηχανικής μανδάλωσης με κλειδιά, κλπ.).
