Από τη στιγμή που έχει παρασχεθεί επίσημη και ρητή διαβεβαίωση από την πππ ότι η κατασκευάστρια εταιρεία έχει εκκινήσει την διαδικασία πιστοποίησης της σύμφωνα με το ΙΣΟ, το υπό έλεγχο έγγραφο εγκρίνεται υπό την προϋπόθεση ότι το πιστοποιητικό θα εκδοθεί πριν τη μεταφορά στο αμαξοστάσιο.
