Πως ήταν η ημέρα σου χθές?
Ralph, ότι κι αν έγινε χθες, να θυμάσαι πως σήμερα είναι μια νέα μέρα!
Η ζωή είναι ταξίδι, όχι προορισμός, όταν τα πράγματα φαίνονται άσχημα είναι η ιδανική στιγμή να δείξουμε τον καλύτερο εαυτό μας. Αν δεν μπορούμε να κάνουμε ένα μεγάλο βήμα μπροστά, τότε να κάνουμε ένα μικρό βήμα. Συνεχώς υπενθυμίζω στον εαυτό σας ότι είμαι αρκετά δυνατή για να κάνω το επόμενο ελάχιστο βήμα και ότι αυτό το βήμα είναι το μόνο που έχει σημασία τη δεδομένη στιγμή. Ralph έχω ξοδέψει πολύ χρόνο από τη ζωή μου για να φτάσω αυτό που η κοινωνία μας ονομάζει,ωριμότητα, δηλαδή να παντρευτώ, να φτιάξω ένα σπίτι, να αναγνωριστώ επαγγελματικά κλπ, με αποτέλεσμα να μην επικεντρωθώ στη δική μου εσωτερική εξέλιξη. Ποτέ δεν διαθέτω αρκετό χρόνο για τον εαυτό μου,μόνο για τους άλλους.
Λοιπόν,απόψε ήταν το πρώτο βράδυ,μετά την επέμβαση που κοιμήθηκα για τέσσερις ώρες.
Νιώθω ακόμη πολύ εξαντλημένη και ανήμπορη,αλλά η ζωή συνεχίζεται,η εξέλιξη και η αλλαγή μερικές φορές μπορεί να είναι επώδυνες, αλλά τίποτα στη ζωή δεν είναι τόσο επώδυνο από το να παραμείνουμε κολλημένοι εκεί που δεν πρέπει.
Πονάει πολλή η πλάτη μου,γιατί δεν έχω σωστή στάση σώματος,λόγω της επέμβασης,πρέπει κάποια στιγμή να χαλαρώσω. Σήμερα ξεκινά μια καινούργια μέρα γεμάτη με νέες δυνατότητες.
