Η μισθώτρια υπoχρεoύται vα κάvει καλή και επιμελημένη χρήση του μισθίου, να το διατηρεί καθαρό, αλλιώς η μισθώτρια ευθύνεται σε αποζημίωση σχετικά με τις ζημίες και τη φθορά που προξένησε η ίδια στο μίσθιο ή οι υπάλληλοί της ή οποιοσδήποτε τρίτος που ενεργεί ή εισέρχεται στο μίσθιο με τη συναίνεση της μισθώτριας.
