Αναφορικά με το πιο πάνω θέμα επικοινωνούμε με την παρούσα για να σας αναφέρουμε τα ακόλουθα:

Για την εν λόγω αγωγή εμφανιζόμαστε εκ μέρους σας. Η τελευταία ημερομηνία ορισμού της εν λόγω αγωγής ήταν 30/01/2015 ημερομηνία κατά την οποία παρόλες τις προσπάθειες μας σε προγενέστερο χρόνο από τον ορισμό της να επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί σας αυτό δεν κατέστη δυνατό, συνεπώς ενόψει τούτου αδυνατούμε να προχωρήσουμε στην περαιτέρω εκπροσώπηση σας.

Το Δικαστήριο επαναόρισε την εν λόγω αγωγή για οδηγίες την 11/03/2015 ημερομηνία κατά την οποία θα πρέπει να είστε παρών για να λάβετε οδηγίες από το Δικαστήριο για τον περαιτέρω χειρισμό της υπόθεσης σας, καθότι εκείνη την ημερομηνία θα λάβουμε άδεια από το Σεβαστό Δικαστήριο για να αποσυρθούμε από Δικηγόροι σας.

Παρακαλώ σημειώστε επίσης ότι τυχόν μη εμφάνιση σας στο Δικαστήριο την 11/03/2015 αυτό εμπερικλείει τον άμεσο κίνδυνο έκδοσης δικαστικής απόφασης ως η απαίτηση πλέον τόκους, πλέον δικηγορικά έξοδα πλέον Φ.Π.Α. πλέον έξοδα επίδοσης.

Ως εκ τούτου αντιλαμβάνεστε ότι η παρουσία σας στο Δικαστήριο την εν λόγω ημερομηνία κρίνεται ως απολύτως απαραίτητη προς αποφυγή δυσάρεστων εξελίξεων εις βάρος σας αναφορικά με την εν λόγω αγωγή.
