Η Μισθώτρια υποχρεούται να κάνει κα

Η Μισθώτρια υποχρεούται να κάνει καλή χρήση του Μισθίου καθ' όλη την μισθωτική σχέση. Κατά τη λήξη της παρούσας μισθωτικής σχέσης, η Μισθώτρια υποχρεούται να παραδώσει το Μίσθιο στην Εκμισθώτρια χωρίς όχληση ή ειδοποίηση, σε καλή κατάσταση, ευθυνόμενη για κάθε ζημία ή φθορά του Μισθίου πέραν των φθορών εύλογης φύσης και έκτασης που προέρχονται από τη συνήθη χρήση. Στην περίπτωση της λύσεως ή λήξεως της παρούσας, τυχόν προσθήκες, βελτιώσεις ή κατασκευές που δεν μπορούν να αποχωριστούν χωρίς βλάβη του Μισθίου θα παραμένουν επ’ ωφελεία του Μισθίου. Ως εκ τούτου, η Μισθώτρια θα έχει το δικαίωμα να αφαιρέσει κάθε είδους παραρτήματα (π.χ. κινητές μονάδες κλιματισμού, κινητά διαχωριστικά, κλπ.) που θα τοποθετήσει στο Μίσθιο, εφόσον αυτά μπορούν να απομακρυνθούν με τεχνικώς ενδεδειγμένο τρόπο και χωρίς βλάβη του Μισθίου και υπό την προϋπόθεση ότι θα αποκαταστήσει τις σχετικές φθορές (π.χ. οπές), οι οποίες είχαν γίνει στο Μίσθιο για την εγκατάστασή τους.
