o εκδότης της εγγύησης υποχρεούται να προβεί στην παράταση της ισχύος της εγγύησης ύστερα από έγγραφο της αρμόδιας υπηρεσίας, που θα υποβληθεί πριν από την ημερομηνία λήξης της εγγύησης .
