θα θέλαμε να σας επισημάνουμε το πρόβλημα που ξεκίνησε να δημιουργείται στον εξωτερικό χώρο της πολυκατοικίας μας, στην οδό Κ. Παπαδάκη 34, ύστερα από τις εργασίες που έγιναν από την ΑΜ για τη μετακίνηση των σωλήνων αποχέτευσης προς την αντίθετη πλευρά από αυτήν που προϋπήρχε.Μετά το κόψιμο του υποστρώματος των πλακών και την τοποθέτηση των φρεατίων, κόπηκε η συνοχή του πλακόστρωτου και παρουσιάστηκαν ρωγμές στο έδαφος, με αποτέλεσμα να εισχωρούν τα νερά της βροχής και να υποστεί καθίζηση στο έδαφος.Η κατάσταση κρίνεται επείγουσα, γιατί η καθίηση χειροτερεύει συνεχώς, ο φράκτης έχει πάρει έντονη κλίση και κινδυνεύει να πέσει.Νωρίτερα σήμερα το πρωί, ενημερώσαμε τον κ. Βακαλόπουλο για την αναγκαία και άμεση αποκατάσταση του πλακόστρωτου.παρακαλώ, όπως μεριμνήσετε επί του θέματος και να μας ενημερώσετε σχετικά.
