Η παρούσα Διπλωματική Εργασία εκπονήθηκε στα πλαίσια του Μεταπτυχιακού Προγράμματος Σπουδών "Logistics and Supply Chian Management" του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης από τον φοιτητή
Για το λόγο αυτό, θα ήθελα σε αυτό το σημείο να εκφράσω τις ευχαριστίες μου για την αποπερα΄τωση της συγκεκριμένης διπλωματικής εργασίας.

Αρχικά θα ήθελα να ευχαριστήσω τον επιβλέποντα, καθηγητή μου και πρώην Διευθυντή του μεταπτυχιακού προγράμματος "Logistics και Διοίκηση Εφοδιαστικής Αλυσίδας" του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης, κ. Χρυσολέων Παπαδόπουλο για την πλήρη καθοδήγηση του καθώς και την αμέριστη συμπαράσταση του κατά την συγγραφή της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας. Ακόμη, τον ευχαριστώ θερμά για την ευκαιρία που μου έδωσε να συγγράψω την συγκεκριμένη ερευνητική μελέτη και για τις πολύτιμες συμβουλές που μου έδωσε κατά την διάρκεια της εργασίας, οι οποίες ήταν σημαντικές και με βοήθησαν στην πορεία.
Επίσης θα ήθελα να ευχαριστήσω θερμά όλο το διδακτικό προσωπικό του μεταπτυχιακού προγράμματος, διότι με τις διαλέξεις και με τις συμβουλές τους καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος, καθώς και μετά από αυτό, με βοήθησαν στο να μπορέσω να ετοιμάσω καλύτερα την συγκεκριμένη εργασία και μου έδωσαν τις απαραίτητες γνώσεις οι οποίες αποτελούν την βάση για την μελλοντική μου επαγγελματική μου επιτυχία.

Προπάντων, θα ήθελα να τονίσω ότι δεν υπάρχουν αρκετά λόγια και πράξεις για να ευχαριστήσω την οικογένεια μου, και ιδιαιτέρως τον πατέρα μου που με βοήθησε στο να κανονίσουμε την αρχική συνάντηση με κάποιον υπεύθυνο του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Θεσσαλονίκης Παπαγεωργίου. Ως εκ τούτου, η οικογένεια μου αποτελεί τα πρότυπα μου, συμπαραστέκεται ενεργά σε όλες μου τις επιλογές και αποφάσεις και με υποστηρίζει ενεργά όλα αυτά τα χρόνια στην επιθυμία μου για την συνέχιση των σπουδών μου.
Επιπλέον, ένα πολύ μεγάλο ευχαριστώ μέσα από την καρδιά μου οφείλω ιδιαιτέρως στην κοπέλα μου, Ειρήνη, η οποία με βοήθησε και με στήριξε σε όλο το διάστημα της συγγραφής της εργασίας μου, καθώς και στην αμέριστη συμπαράσταση που έδειξε στην πορεία.

Παρόλα αυτά, θα ήθελα να ευχαριστήσω θερμά την Διοίκηση του Νοσοκομείου Παπαγεωργίου και συγκεκριμένα την Γενική Διευθύντρια κ. Μαρία Γιοκγατζή, για την έγκριση που μου έδωσε ώστε να διανέμω τα ερωτηματολόγια μέσα στους χώρους του νοσοκομείου. Τέλος, θα ήθελα να αποδώσω ιδιαίτερες ευχαριστίες στην Διευθύντρια Οικονομικής Υπηρεσίας κ. Χρύσα Σαμψωνίδου, και στην Διευθύντρια Υπηρεσίας Ποιοτικού Ελέγχου κ. Λιάνα Μιχαηλίδου, οι οποίες με βοήθησαν στην διανομή και στην συλλογή των ερωτηματολογίων μέσα σε όλες τις υπηρεσίες του Νοσοκομείου. Κλείνοντας, θέλω να ευχαριστήσω μέσα από την καρδιά μου όλους εκείνους τους απλούς ανθρώπους- εργαζόμενους που βοήθησαν στην ομαλή και σωστή διεκπεραίωση της ερευνητικής μελέτης που εξετάσαμε.
