Συμφωνείται μεταξύ των συζύγων ότι αμφότεροι υποχρεούνται να μην διαβάλλουν στο ανήλικο τέκνο ο ένας τον άλλον, αλλά να προσπαθήσουν να διαφυλάξουν, πάση θυσία την ψυχική υγεία και ισορροπία του παιδιού τους, έτσι ώστε να αναπτυχθούν αισθήματα αγάπης και προς τους δύο γονείς εξίσου. Επίσης συμφωνείται να ζουν έτσι ώστε το παιδί να νιώθει αισθήματα ασφάλειας και της στοργής αλλά και να του γεννά σεβασμό και για τους δύο γονείς του.
