Η συμφωνούμενη με το παρόν μίσθωση του Μισθίου, η οποία είναι εμπορική κατά την έννοια του Π.Δ. 34/1995, όπως ισχύει και του Ν. 4242/2014, συμφωνείται ορισμένου χρόνου και συγκεκριμένα δωδεκαετούς διάρκειας, αρχόμενη την 15η Ιουνίου 2015 και λήγουσα την 14η Ιουνίου 2027.
