Ο CONTRACTOR, αμέσως μόλις το ζητήσει εγγράφως η ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ ή μετά τη λήξη ή για οποιονδήποτε λόγο λύση της παρούσας σύμφωνα με τα οριζόμενα στην παρούσα, θα επιστρέψει αμελλητί και χωρίς υπαίτια καθυστέρηση όλα τα έγγραφα και υλικά που περιέχουν τις Πληροφορίες ή/και, εάν του ζητηθεί, μετά από αίτηση της ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑΣ θα καταστρέψει (συμπεριλαμβανομένης της διαγραφής από την ηλεκτρονική αποθήκευση κάθε είδους που τυχόν τηρεί ο CONTRACTOR) όλο το υλικό που περιέχει τις Πληροφορίες (συμπεριλαμβανομένων οποιωνδήποτε αντιγράφων, ανάλυσης, υπομνημάτων ή άλλων σημειώσεων που έχουν γίνει από την ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ ή τους Εκπροσώπους της που είναι στην κατοχή του ή υπό τον έλεγχό του σε κάθε μορφή) και θα πιστοποιήσει εγγράφως προς την ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ ότι όλο το εν λόγω υλικό έχει καταστραφεί
