Έχουν υπάρξει πολλές μελέτες για CSFs (Antony and Banuelas, 2002; Harry,
2000). Όλες αυτές οι μελέτες έχουν ένα τουλάχιστον κοινό CSFs που είναι η
δέσμευση της ανώτατης διοίκησης. Πολλοί ερευνητές έχουν παράσχει έναν

μεγάλων εταιρειών και κατέγραψε τα σχόλια του σχετικά με τους CSFs. Ο πίνακας
2.2.1 παρέχει τις διαφορετικές απόψεις των ερευνητών σχετικά με τα CSFs για την
εφαρμογή πολιτικής ποιότητας «6 Σίγμα» και παρουσιάζει τους κρίσιμους
