Έτσι ακολουθώντας τη δομή της διατριβής μου δεν θα σας παρουσιάσω τον κάθε καλλιτέχνη ξεχωριστά, αλλά θα ήθελα να δούμε το έργο τους μέσα από τις θεματικές που τους απασχόλησαν κατά τη διαμονή τους στο Βερολίνο. Έτσι με αυτό τον τρόπο θα μπορέσουμε να δούμε αφενός τα κοινωνικά και πολιτικά ζητήματα που τους απασχόλησαν και αφετέρου τα καλλιτεχνικά μέσα που χρησιμοποίησαν για να εκφραστούν.
