Σήμερα μαγείρεψα ένα πολύπλοκο φαγητό,ιμάμ μπαιλντί είναι συνταγή της τουρκικής κουζίνας το οποίο επίσης παρασκευάζεται στην Ελληνική κουζίνα. Το όνομά του σημαίνει, ο Ιμάμης μπαΐλντισε (λιποθύμησε) επειδή, σύμφωνα με το μύθο, ένας ιμάμης που το δοκίμασε για πρώτη φορά, έχασε τις αισθήσεις,μην ξεχνάς ότι ο Ελληνισμός,ήταν για 400 χρόνια σκλαβιά από τους Τούρκους.
