Ο Πρόεδρος δύναται σε περίπτωση αδυναμίας εκτέλεσης συγκεκριμένης διαχειριστικής πράξης να εκπροσωπείται από τρίτο με έγγραφη εξουσιοδότηση του που θα ισχύει μόνο για τη συγκεκριμένη πράξη.

The President may in case of impossibility to perform specific administrative act to be represented by a third party with written authorization which will only apply to the specific Act.

The President may in the event of failure to execute a specific administrative act to be represented by a third party without the written approval of which would apply only to the specific act.

The President may in case failure to perform this act of management to be represented by a third party with written authorization of the applicable only for the act in question.
