This is a prospective birth 380 children cohort study involved in 181, who is born mother in 1993 to 1996 register in a perinatal health monitoring system of the weight and height measurements in 2000. The information transfer mode and covariates are obtained from the monitoring system. Overweight is defined according to the lower limit of the body mass index (BMI) of the International Obesity Task group. Multivariate Logistic regression was used to estimate adjusted risk ratios. Analysis was made in the stratified is to test whether the Caesarean association between the parts and the persisted overweight in the subgroup. The adjusted risk ratio of overweight was (1.08 confidence interval (CI):, 1.18) compared with caesarean's vaginal delivery was 1.13 (95% confidence interval). The association in subgroups persisted by maternal education stratified, maternal gender, BMI, body weight gain in pregnancy and childhood birthweight (all P values for interaction testing is more than or equal to 0.30). Adjusted risk ratios of overweight were born in children compared to non medically representing Caesarean with delivery of vaginal delivery was 1.18 (95% confidence interval: 1, 1.41). Conclusions: the delivery of caesarean including non medically indicated a request for delivery with an increased risk of caesarean maternal vaginal delivery to overweight for a mild childhood.
