Η Εκμισθώτρια δικαιούται να μεταβιβ

Η Εκμισθώτρια δικαιούται να μεταβιβάσει σε οποιονδήποτε τρίτο, φυσικό ή νομικό πρόσωπο, την κυριότητα του Μισθίου ενώ διαρκεί η παρούσα μίσθωση, με την απαράβατη όμως προϋπόθεση, ότι θα μεριμνήσει να αναγραφεί στη σχετική μεταβιβαστική πράξη, ότι ο νέος κύριος θα υπεισέρχεται στα δικαιώματα και τις υποχρεώσεις της υφιστάμενης μίσθωσης και ως εκμισθωτής.
