It is widely accepted that the QMS quality management standards and awardsgenerate interest in the concept of total quality management and area starting point for this. The evaluation mechanism as outlined in each of thestandards and awards is a powerful catalyst for future improvements(Lee et al., 2011).Taking into consideration the evaluation criteria provided by these standardsand the awards, an evaluation model (RSM) quality policy "6Sigma "is depicted as follows (Lee et al., 2011):Step 1: verify the grounds for evaluationApplication evaluation process and support from the top managementfor the purposes of the quality policy "6 Sigma". The purpose of this databaseIt is the obligation of the senior management of the company to conductthe evaluation.Stage 2: introduction of the evaluation teamAn internal evaluation team of the company will be formed to conductevaluation. Team members will come from the staff from variousfunctional areas and personnel should not have direct responsibility for thearea being evaluated in order to avoid a possible conflict.Stage 3: collection and preparation of relevant information and dataThe evaluation team must collect sufficient information and datafor the area in order to check, before directing, evaluating. The Groupshould be informed of the purpose of the evaluation and to prepare well forits details before it is delegated.Stage 4: implementation of evaluationThe evaluation will take place with the adoption of the questionnaire RSM(Readiness Self-assessmant Model). All relevant data and files must bereviewed and considered sufficiently against the assessment criteriain order to determine the current status of the area being evaluated. Theevaluation team should focus on predefined toolsevaluation and control panels in order to obtain as much as possible33more objective information. The conclusions of the evaluationshould be presented in questionnaire surveys.Stage 5: reporting of evaluation resultAll files, observations and results should be presentedobjectively. Evaluation results provide the basis for preparednessof the company in order to proceed to the program "6 Sigma" in which thebusiness needs to be strengthened in order to ensure a smooth implementation. The development of an appropriate evaluation questionnaire for the use offourth step run evaluation is a critical factor for theRSM's success. Helps to analyse and evaluate the strength, weakness,as well as the suitability and preparedness of the company in order toproceed in a program "6 Sigma". The most important is that it helps todetermine the need for improvement in the company's operating system(Lee et al., 1995). mobility processes with more qualitative information (Miguel, etal., 2012).
