14. ΦΟΡΟΙ ΚΑΙ ΤΕΛΗ

Κάθε μορφής φόρος ή άλλο γενικό ή ειδικό τέλος, εισφορά, εγγύηση ή άλλη οποιαδήποτε επιβάρυνση που θα συνδέεται εκάστοτε είτε με τα πετρελαιοειδή προϊόντα είτε με την παρούσα σύμβαση και την λειτουργία της, θα βαρύνει από κοινού τον Αγοραστή και τον Πωλητή .

19. ΕΠΙΛΥΣΗ ΔΙΑΦΟΡΩΝ

Αρμόδια δικαστήρια για την επίλυση τυχόν διαφορών από την παρούσα σύμβαση είναι τα δικαστήρια της ………………., τα οποία οι συμβαλλόμενοι ορίζουν ως μόνα αρμόδια για την εκδίκαση οποιασδήποτε φύσης διαφοράς που προέρχεται από την σύμβαση αυτή, εξαιρουμένων των απαιτήσεων εκ των παραδιδομένων, βάσει της παρούσας σύμβασης, αξιογράφων για τα οποία ισχύει η εξ αυτών προκύπτουσα κατά τόπον αρμοδιότητα
