Η έγκριση, αναθεώρηση, επικαιροποίη

Η έγκριση, αναθεώρηση, επικαιροποίηση των αναπτυξιακών προγραμμάτων των λιμένων είναι αρμοδιότητα της ΕΣΑΛ, της επιτροπής σχεδιασμού και Ανάπτυξης Λιμένων. Με τα Master Plans καθορίζονται τα μέγιστα επιτρεπόμενα όρια της Ζώνης Λιμένα, οι επιτρεπόμενες προσχώσεις, οι χρήσεις γης, οι όροι και οι περιορισμοί δόμησης, οι κυκλοφοριακές ρυθμίσεις και κάθε αναγκαίο στοιχείο για την εξυπηρέτηση της λειτουργικότητας και της ασφάλειας του λιμένα.

The adoption, revision, updating of the development programs of the ports is the responsibility of the Planning Commission, ESAL and Port Development. With the Master Plans set out the maximum permitted limits of the Port Zone, permitted silting up, land uses, conditions and building restrictions, the Marshalls and every necessary element to serve the functionality and security of the port.
