Για την αποδοχή της Μελέτης Περιβαλλοντικών Επιπτώσεων (Μ.Π.Ε.) για την αδειοδότηση όλων των λιμενικών έργων, κατηγορίας Α1 και Α2, σύμφωνα με τη διαδικασία που ορίζεται στην παράγραφο 2 του άρθρου 3 και στην παράγραφο 3 του άρθρου 4 του ν. 4014/2011, όπως ισχύουν, απαιτείται η προηγούμενη θετική γνωμοδότηση της Ε.Σ.Α.Λ..
