The leadership should have certain characteristics in order to change the administrative initiatives, but also focusing on the effect of production i.e. in the final product or service produced/provided. The success of the 6s quality policy requires the dedication of the Administration, a trained workforce and functional groups. Anecdotal evidence suggests that the leadership has a big role to play in successful Six Sigma projects. The Antony (2004) observed that the Six Sigma strategy has unprecedented importance on strong leadership and support needed for successful implementation. According to opinions of scientists who have dealt extensively with such methodology found that many Six Sigma efforts fail because the leadership fails to ensure that everyone has understood the 6s quality policy and that the initiative remains as the main priority. A successful application of six sigma requires communication and much more effort than that consider the executives that are good. So it seems that the 6s quality policy requires a specific type of leadership. The Zairi, 1994 reported that the study of Benis Nanus and found that there are four areas that leaders focus their efforts: attention through vision, meaning through communication, trust through placement and their development. Under 6s quality policy it is expected of leaders is more action, developing more contacts, more updated and more interesting for media development. The leaders under 6s quality policy should focus more on the performance of their partner than to focus on their own.The biggest benefit of the 6s quality policy is its ability to develop a cadre of major leaders. A leader who promotes 6s quality policy should be: ambitious, bold, dynamic, have qualifications (experience to integrate moral knowledge), energy and charisma, is experienced, perceptive, convincing, affectionate, considerate, fun, friendly, reliable, productive, housekeeper, quiet, flexible, optimistic, and confidant. The variables of leadership were identified that have an impact on the successful implementation of Six Sigma initiatives are the following (Suresh, 2012): • the passion of leadership• efficient work among colleagues• efficient and effective searching of predefined objects• the search for a clear and forced vision• dedication• the humility of leadership• the professional desire of leadership• faith and facts• Sprint leadership• understanding of leadership for how the budget effectively attach• disciplined leadership's reaction• disciplined thoughts of leadershipThe following figure illustrates a comprehensive leadership framework and Six Sigma. Leadership is a driving force for change or transformation of a system. Is the capacity and ability to influence and combination of social and technical components of a system in order to achieve what is important to achieve with the order you need to work. The job of a leader is to create a vision, a strategy, functional authorities at the organisational level. Also a leader's job is to identify what drives one performance and should be pursued through an activity flow procedures. Extra job of a leader is to learn from what has happened and what is going to happen at the level of activities. The fulfillment of all these responsibilities should be guided by the statistical and strategic thinking, which affects organizational performance through successful implementation of six sigma (as shown in the following figure). The basic qualities for leaders, the leadership and the Six Sigma will result in a comprehensive organizational leadership for the standard Six Sigma. Some of the benefits that will be realized will be the reduction of volatility, the high value added per unit of input and the prevention of defective (Suresh, 2012).The Hoerl et al., 2004 concluded that the 6s quality policy offers its statisticians and quality professionals a unique opportunity to play a role in their business leader. The Goh and Xie (2004) argued that in the dynamic business environment of the 21st century, an enterprise should aim beyond the 6s quality policy, so recommended requirements will strengthen the common approach of 6s quality policy leading to an example ' 8-S ' for continuous perfection in performance that includes the leaders/pioneers/Presidents (Suresh , et al., 2012).
