Ταξίδεψα από Θεσσαλονίκη για Μαγιόρ

Ταξίδεψα από Θεσσαλονίκη για Μαγιόρκα με ενδιάμεση στάση την Βαρκελώνη (VY2581). Στην Θεσσαλονίκη παραδώσαμε τις αποσκευές μας για να φορτωθούν στο αεροπλάνο. Οι αποσκευές θα πήγαιναν απευθείας στην Μαγιόρκα από όπου και θα τις παραλαμβάναμε. Ωστόσο όταν φτάσαμε στη Μαγιόρκα δεν υπήρχε βαλίτσα. Δηλώσαμε αμέσως την απώλεια των αποσκευών (επισυνάπτω το αντίστοιχο έγγραφο). Παρά τις όποιες προσπάθειες έκανα τόσο εγώ όσο και το ξενοδοχείο στο οποίο έμενα, η βαλίτσα δεν μπορούσε να βρεθεί από την εταιρεία σας. Μέσα στην βαλίτσα αυτή, εγώ και η σύζυγός μου είχαμε όλα μας τα ρούχα. Τελικά την βαλίτσα την βρήκε ο ταξιδιωτικός μας πράκτορας από την Θεσσαλονίκη τρεις μέρες μετά την άφιξή μας στη Μαγιόρκα. Ωστόσο αυτές τις τρεις μέρες που ήμασταν στην Μαγιόρκα όπως φαντάζομαι καταλαβαίνεται χρειαζόμασταν κάποια ρούχα. Αναγκαστήκαμε λοιπόν να αγοράσουμε μερικά ρούχα. Η αξία των ρούχων που πήραμε είναι 110 Ευρώ (επισυνάπτω την απόδειξη). Τα χρήματα αυτά ζητάω να μου τα επιστρέψει άμεσα η εταιρεία σας καθώς τα ξόδεψα από δική σας υπαιτιότητα. Επίσης θέλω να ρωτήσω ποιός θα με αποζημιώσει για την ψυχική οδύνη που υπέστην τόσο εγώ όσο και η σύζυγός μου αν αναλογιστείτε οτι το ταξίδι αυτό ήταν γαμήλιο ταξίδι (παντρευτήκαμε στις 30 Ιουλίου 2016) και μέχρι που πήραμε πίσω την αποσκευή μας, δεν καταφέραμε να απολαύσουμε τις διακοπές μας. Στην Μαγιόρκα μείναμε τρεις μέρες και η βαλίτσα μας τη μέρα που φεύγαμε, οπότε καταλαβαίνετε οτι καταστρέψατε την τις τρεις πρώτες μέρες από το γαμήλιο ταξίδι μας. Περιμένω την άμεση απάντησή σας εντός το πολύ δεκαπέντε ημερών, διαφορετικά θα κινηθώ νομικά με οτι δυνατότητα μου δίνει ο νόμος και ειδικότερα οι διεθνείς συμβάσεις καθώς και οι κανονισμοι της Ευρωπαϊκης Ένωσης.
