Εφόσον όμως ο Ανάδοχος θεωρεί ότι είναι μια σημαντική βελτίωση του Συστήματος «Γενικής Απόζευξης» (GR) και δεν μειώνεται η αξιοπιστία ενός τέτοιου συστήματος «ασφαλείας», όπως είναι το Σύστημα «Γενικής Απόζευξης» (GR) και του Συστήματος Ισχύος Έλξης στο σύνολό του, δύναται να εγκατασταθεί εντός του πίνακα Μ.Τ., με βασική προϋπόθεση ότι για λόγους ασφαλείας θα υλοποιηθεί η σχετική παράγραφος §4.3.2 της Προδιαγραφής Επιδόσεων T_DΡ15350, δηλαδή θα είναι εφοδιασμένος με ενσωματωμένο κλειδί, το κλειδί θα είναι ένα και μοναδικό (κωδικός και σειριακός αριθμός, κλπ.) για όλο το σύστημα «Γενικής Απόζευξης» (GR) του Μετρό «Θεσσαλονίκης», δεν θα έχει καμία σχέση με τα υπόλοιπα κλειδιά του Υ/Σ Ανόρθωσης ή / και του Έργου, θα παρασχεθούν ανάλογες ετικέτες, που θα περιγράφουν τη λειτουργία του.
