Η μη ανταπόκριση του Αναδόχου στο σχόλιο, σε συνδυασμό και με την παράλειψή του να συμμορφωθεί προς τη συμβατική του υποχρέωση, που απορρέει από την παράγραφο 3.4.6 του Τόμου ΙΙ του Τεύχους «Γενικές Προδιαγραφές» (“Revised drawings should be marked with clouds to indicate the changes in relation to the previous revision followed by the revision letter...…”), δημιουργεί προβλήματα στον έλεγχο και κατανόηση της μελέτης.
